Is Landing a property management company?

No, but we can help you decide if you should use one. If you live locally or want to manage your own property that’s great! If you live outside of Tahoe and need help, we recommend using a local property management company and we can help make that connection.

What if I am not sure how much to charge for my house?

A lot of factors go into pricing your house including location, configuration, amenities, and whether it is furnished or not. We’ll work with you to make sure you are maximizing your revenue each month you are not using your house.

What if I want to use my vacation home occasionally?

We’ll work with you to structure a flexible lease to allow you to use your home when you want. With clear expectations and communication, we’ve seen flexible leases work well for both the homeowner and renters. Contact us so we can discuss the specifics of your situation.

What if my home is already rented out on a short term basis (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)?

That’s ok! We’ll help you set the terms of the lease and work around any pre-existing reservations you might already have. Some homeowners will use their home, rent it out with Landing, and on Airbnb all in the same year. Contact us so we can discuss the specifics of your situation.
